All orders are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call before dispatch
Processing
Orders are processed within 1-24 hours after confirmation
Dispatch
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day
2. Delivery Coverage Area
Kampala
Free or fair price delivery within Kampala and surrounding areas
Upcountry
All major towns across Uganda via trusted courier services
International
Outside Uganda through trusted courier service providers
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Kampala: Same day or next day delivery
Upcountry Towns: 1-3 working days depending on location and courier schedule
4. Delivery Charges
- Delivery fees vary depending on distance, location, and product size
- The exact delivery cost is communicated before order confirmation
- Delivery charges must be agreed upon before dispatch
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available in selected areas. Customers are advised to inspect their items before completing payment where applicable.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate delivery address and active contact number
- Be available at the agreed delivery time
- Confirm correct car model and product compatibility before dispatch
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, wrong contact information, or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
